About
SFGC takes its beloved annual holiday concert online for a lively and festive virtual offering of early music choral works featuring hundreds of choristers from the SFGC Chorus School Prep Chorus, Training Chorus and Levels I-IV, Premier Ensemble and SFGC alums. A staple in the holiday calendar at Davies Symphony Hall, portions of the concert will be filmed on location at Davies as well as San Francisco’s Mission Dolores Basilica. Baroque violin specialist Edwin Huizinga makes his SFGC debut in a program that includes exquisite choral masterworks by George Frideric Handel, William Byrd, Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, and more.
