SFGC 2025-26 chorus classeS!

SFGC offers six levels of classes: Prep, Ensemble B, Ensemble C, Ensemble D, Concert Group and Premier Ensemble. For more information about this season’s ensembles, click below.

Our Prep Chorus provides young singers ages 4-5 the opportunity to develop their voices and musicianship in an exciting, positive, age-appropriate atmosphere. Classes are once a week for 45 minutes. All other levels (ages 6-14) are filled by Singing Placements. For more information about this year’s placement process, click below.

Tuition for our 2025-26 school year ensembles is as follows:

Prep Chorus: $1,490

Ensemble B: $2,130

Ensemble C: $3,100

Ensemble D: $3,465 + $1,500 for required Away Camp = $4,965

Concert Group: $3,950 + $1,800 for required Away Camp = $5,750

Premier Ensemble: $4,725 + $1,900 for required Away Camp = $6,625

The Elizabeth Avakian Scholarship Fund

The Elizabeth Avakian Scholarship Fund provides over $150,000 annually in scholarship support to over one third of SFGC’s choristers. Created out of the belief that all young people should have access to music education, the fund ensures that SFGC can support the needs of each family and chorister for as long as she is a member of the Chorus. The fund is more critical now than ever before, and SFGC is even more committed to making sure every young singer can continue in the Chorus during these challenging times.
